The K6 yield at 350 MHz is high at Fab 25. IBM has committed to using 350 MHz K6 in its upcoming boxes at the expense of INTC. AMD already leapfroged the 300 MHz barrier. I'll let AMD officials quantify the speed distribution of 0.25 um K6.
