Paul: That is a+ve in strategy and Marketing but unlikely to have
much impact for the next 2-3Q's. As a rule, Fortune 1000 Companies are not impulsive spenders. Their budgets have already been planned in
consultation with their preferred vendor who has the inside track.

That 7 Layer Network standard has an omission viz NETWORKING Connections. I am glad that Bay has recognized that. If BAY is going to succeed,it needs to strengthen those connections at the Corporate level.
