without being able to get the files from my hard-copy into this page, the only thing I can offer is to call Sam at 1-800-230-6061, TCT/Calgary. She can be of assistance in the interim. Mention my name and I'm sure she will oblige. She is very new to this role, but is very willing to assist investors. She may be able to send you a copy of the Dec. 97 prospectus, if there is any copies left.
