I called about them pesky checks and asked a support guy why they have not shown up yet, and would you believe the answer? He said they were having trouble deciding on what kind of PAPER to use. That's right, what kind of PAPER. One wonders how they decide anything :) Next thing they'll be saying it's our ISP causing the check delay. All in good humor, Scott.
