I can't blame Mr. Cooper for being conservative. If you tell the truth about IAI people take shots at you. There is so much uncertainty as to exactly HOW MUCH will be made. Guessing low is better than no guess. Couple that with 'STRONG BUY' and who will blame you for being a bit low?

I would expect him to revise his estimate upward in several weeks.
