*** Response from the NetWork ***

Recently a new viewer of Xecom sit com by the name of Mr. Thoma Jon Swift with a prtofio consisting of three stocks IBM, LU and XECM valued at $15 million stated the following:

" I have read through what Joe has posted on this thread and to me he comes across like a pretty nice fella. And he seems real knowledgeable about investing and XECM and stuff."

Let us examine some of Evalgelist Lanza's brilliant past comments and charm on this thread upon which Mr. Swift has based his brilliant conclusion and view of him. And this reporter will aprreciate Mr. Swift to tell us of his most favorite Lanza post!

Sam the Man: I think you might have a problem! Sammy, you are a cute guy--who ever you are. Are you part of the 1,120,866 shares short? Are you having a hard time finding somebody to sell you shares so you can get off? Isn't life a bitch! Well, Sammy, keep on shorting; were 25% short, got to 100%. As long as the investor takes delivery and Xecom sign ups keep growing, have a shoft life. And to answer your ridiculous question, where to find information--Edgar, Bloomberg, Disclosure, S&P and Profit Magazine, just to mention a few. Lastly, Costa Mesa, Selectel--what does that have to do with Xecom? Xecom sold Selectel in August so what is the point? Oh, let me guess! Are we trying to scare the investor? Last question, where would Xecom share prices be if you and your friends had to buy 1,120,866 shares? $5.00 could be low, don't you think? January 6, 1997, let the games begin. In 1996 you guys won, however, this is not Vegas; a corporation goes on and on, get my drift?

To keep everybody on the same page. In January the company is looking for not less than 20,000 people on line--love to see 26,000. 20,000 x 30.00 = $600,000 sales net 27.50 = 490,000 less expenses. February: 20,000 - 35,000; March: 33,000 - 45,000.

So Sammy, please continue shorting. It is now just a matter of time for us. Cash talks; B.S. walks!

P.S. Maybe your code name should be Sammy the Mouth; what do you think?

Sam, welcome to the party. First, I am a human, plus an investor, plus
corporate consultant. I am not a broker. I guess my secretary missed
Dave "Logical Argument", as I try to answer every question. I do not
have a radio show, but I some times get on different radio programs and talk about Xecom. "Pusher", wow, that is negative. Isn't the question do I want my and other shareholders investment higher...you better believe it, which is different from shorter. Now, let's get to the mouth part. Keep on reading and start your weeping.
========================================

Message 766731
Hey Sam, step in and short away...the water is just fine (boiling) and
as far as sharing, read and weep. And Sam, I don't take orders, so as
far as my getting off...don't bet on it! Get ready all you shorters, the
fun is just beginning.

Message 789842
A little higher than .75 and does not look to be lingering. We have
picked up more shorts and my guess is that there cost is under $1.00 so I can see some resistance..

As far as Germany goes, you know more than me. However, I'm sure that there is going to be fine tuning all through 1997 but I do not see where that stops the growth---only enhances the bottom line.
I love brokers, to find the "bottom" and sell at the "high". Well,
personally, I think .53 was the phoney bottom (200 and 500 shares = 700 shares), but the real bottom was .60 (so far). There are a lot of gtc in from 62--and up every .03 so keep in mind, 34,000 = a million $ in gross and 40,000 = a million net. Watch the sign ups. Shorts are not 1,132,800.

Addi, do you know what you sound like? Keep in mind, I am not your
friend, I don't know you. There is no similarity with Xecom and a
lottery ticket and since I see you are confused, I will explain it to
you. You pay a dollar for a lottery ticket. If you don't win, you lose
your 1.00. You buy 140 shares of Xecom for a dollar and you have a
lifetime or longer to follow how much you can win. You only lose if you
sell it less than you paid. Do you get the distinction!

The financials will be out soon. Take that information from hard
corporate facts.

Hey Addi, it appears you are back pedding. You run off with the computer mouths and I say Xecom will out perform (dollar in dollar out) in 12 months. You use whatever technique you have been told to read to find your 10.00 or 10.00 lottery ticket (using your language). You are trying to be the gem of the market. So this could be your chance. Xecom's stock looks like a dog's breakfast today. Just print your selection. How much you are investing and the price of the stock. If you feel that you do not wish to risk anymore, find a drink, with a towel. Lanza

========================================
Another one of my favorite Lanza post:

Message 879535
Addi, I want what you are smoking! You are so out of touch with reality. Since you are so new and on top of whatever game, let me bring you up to date. I put my family on the line, investing over 3 million in Xecom. So, here's your 1st clue, Xecom's the farm, 2nd clue, the management is the farmer, 3rd clue, I keep in touch with the shareholders who are the bankers....get it? So, your flip remarks piss me off. Your outer space statements about Dan really anger me. So, to set the record straight, I met Dan on a golf course. Dan is an attorney, a very bright guy, who probably knows more about the law then you! So, Addi, to use an American statement "get a life". Better yet, read what you write.

========================================

Message 904083
Dan, you are absolutely correct, I used to trust people; I no longer do.
I will not invest a dime or get involved if the shareholders cannot move as a unit to throw out a director or officer. I filed a lawsuit in 1996. See the news release coming out on Monday on Maesa. See the effort I have gone through. Never fear, Lanza's here. I am not a trader. I do not have the time nor the interest. But, if you do, please call (1-800-959-9122). I believe the Dow is going to head for the bottom.

========================================

Message 905894
Chris, stop acting the part of a fool. Addi appears to be a pied piper.
As I asked Dan, what questions have not been answered? Information Addi keeps asking for is in the 3rd quarter report. The P.E., P.S. bs he found the formula which is beginner course s..... Xecom stated what their goals were for 1997. So, even an idiot could answer those questions. I am not a promoter and I am not a financial analyst. You all can do your own math.

What song and dance have you gotten? If anybody out there does not what to be kept up on what is happening, fax your name and fax number and believe me you will be deleted that second.

Chris, Mario is not concerned because he knows what has been published to the web site and the public and the information is clear. Just like the people behind the shorts, confuse the peasants, get them fighting, get them looking in the wrong direction and then victory. You want comfort, read all the information from September 4, 1996 forward from the company. Read them twice. When you completely understand the information from the company then read the web site garbage. The light will come on. Lanza

========================================

Message 916777
I was not on top of the people. However, MH&E was a promoting company. You cannot compare MH&E with FIG. I do not know the problem you are speaking of with Mario. Call me @ 1-800-959-9122.

The problem is that there is no real question that has not been
answered. Only thing amis is all the misinformation b.s. that a couple
of yahoos are trying to spread. Think about what is happening:

1. Xecom share price shot down artifically.
2. Xecom, however, is moving ahead fundamentally (4th quarter will be
out this week...you compare).
3. Shorts increasing, meaning real investors are buying.

4. Out of no where comes the b.s. casting doubts on the company, myself,
my family, management, etc., everywhere, except where it belongs.
5. P.P. (Piped Piper, aka, Addi) prints a ridiculous statement....Xecom
cannot be shorted....and some out of space financials that even a child
knows is false.
6. The question....why?

You know why Dan! Anybody who has followed Xecom knows why. This should be everybody's clue, that Xecom is a buy. Show me where my logic is wrong. You can't!

P.S. Always watch the loud mouths. Art of intimidation...a lot of b.s.,
no substance.

Lanza

Dave, that is why I ask all shareholders to take delivery. In 3 weeks,
only one person has taken delivery.
You are right however, that MM have capital but not as much as you think. The clearing firm may, but I don't think that everybody has a real idea of the amount of potential damage they are facing. The volume today was strange. However March is the last month for the Canadians. So, let gourge ourselves on these b.s. prices before they disappear. But, take delivery!!! They sure don't like the .66 bid do they? Lanza
========================================

Message 926334
Hey P.P. (Addi), you can make .60 or so by shorting Xecom if the company is going bankrupt. Rush in, the water is just fine (boiling). The more bodies the better, especially one that has a mouth with nothing behind it.

Another favorite post:

Message 959630
There are a lot of books out, however, definitions are all you look at.
As my professor once told me, the market has never read these books so it does not understand what it is supposed to do! Get it?

========================================

And perhaps my most favorite post of all time made by Evangelist Lanza:

Message 960213
What happened? We need limit orders @ .625. The war is on. Them against us. Nothing has changed, except the shorts have a short fuse.

Message 973704
Hey Chad, "Captain Crunch Decoder". I like that. That was very good. Chad, it is funny that you mentioned "Lanza to English Dictionary". I told my grade school teacher that she should throw out Webester's Dictionary (since it was so out of date) and buy a Lanza Dictionary. Unfortunately, she did not share my sense of humor! Wow! If you were referring to the previous question about a good security book, my answer is still no. However, I am sure there are quite a few at the bookstores or you can find one by calling the NASD.

You can't believe anything you read in a book about how the market is supposed to operate, because the market has never read the books and does not realize how it (the market) is supposed to act. This is a joke which was told to me by a SEC teacher. And, again, Dan, come on down and help. Lanza.

Message 988687
Sam The Mouth: Since I believe you are a broker with Smith Barney, I
will state that I believe all fundamental questions have been answered about Xecom. I know that Smith Barney trains their brokers better then you are demonstrating with your remarks. If I did not know better, I would think you are short. But, Mouth, your last statement "to make money, short Xecom" ... knock yourself out!! You will get it!

Message 992650
Goldstein, Stop your whinning. People who have put gtc orders in have not been filled; that is good news. It is too bad we cannot see the growth of gtc orders. 400,000 shares is my goal. If they come, I want them to choke. I have had a butt full of the yo yo treatment so I will do my part and try to stop it. If they come, their bellies will be full and laying low and moving slow. Better targets.
========================================

Message 1433339
You are asking the wrong person. As a Director of Xecom. I can't say the investment in Xecom is bad, but I do know the company is not screwing the investors. Where is your common sense? You have a company that is growing, getting stronger every day and you can't recognize a manipulated market? Dan, Addi, Lurker, etc. All of you guys are trying to say Lanza is wrong....

========================================

Message 1442103
There should be a correction to a previous note, which was typed
incorrectly. It should have said "You are asking the wrong person, as I am NOT a Director of Xecom, "....... I am a consultant to Xecom. Hope this clears up any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

Hey Sam The Mouth.....take your best shot and get ready to really open your wallet. It amazes me how the stock has a little up tick and you start your b.s. So, talk is cheap Mouth. Come ahead because I would love to take your head off and as far as a bad smell, check your mouth.

Kevin,
Every dog has it's day. One thing I have learned, and I have bought this stock all the way down, and I am going to buy more. Every stage I buy,I am angry at the market, at King and his ass..

Message 991951
Mouth, you really are a piece of work! "Xecom is a loser". The only
losers I see so far are you, Webster and Addi. As far as kicking me out, f...... you. The three of you together could not even tie my shoes. For anybody to recommend getting out of Xecom at these levels with what is happening with Xecom should be shot! Mouth, you better look to sneak out before it is too late. Last warning! I will agree about one thing....Lanza's Nugget does tell a story. Where's Webster and your Nuggets?
========================================

Message 992675
Chris, you are cute beyond words! So, pull your head out and take a
breath of air. I don't give a f.... about yours and some other dummies
remarks. If you feel that the stock is down because of Addi's report,
then you should sell your position. Remember one of my Nuggets "the
proof is in the pudding". I have invested my money and my time in Xecom. I know what is happening with the stock price. I have past it on to you and the others. If you wish to deny reality, hey, that is your choice.

But, March 31 is the last day of the year end for some of the Canadian firms. So, "the cat is still in the bag" (another Nugget). And, know we have not beaten the shorts.
========================================

Message 1006833
Randy, I am not pacified and I don't know anyone that is. The shorts
started at higher levels and now they are in a trap. If you sold over
2Million shares of something you did not own and you made a mistake and your average cost per share is too low, what would you do? What other choice do the shorts have? Supress the price...trying to scare the investors. How else can you cover if you are short other than the shareholders throwing in the towel?

========================================

Message 1012649
Chris, another Lanza Nugget: "What ever it takes!" But, between us, I think Xecom will materialize into a stallion.
