The DOJ killed MSFT's Intuit buyout because MS-Money was Quicken's only credible competitor. It would be hilarious to hear them now argue that MSFT is competing "too hard" against Quicken. I think we need a law that every lawyer must run a business profitably for 3 years before practicing anti-trust law.

Did you all see Alan Greenspan's comments about how government interference in free markets played a role in the Asian collapse?
