I couldn't tell you why. I researched this stock, this weekend, and it didn't seem too bad. Their 4thQ earnings were a LOSS of .02/share, which was better than last 4thQ's, which was a LOSS of .13/share. Also, revenue increased. They had a what I thought was a good contract signed on 3/19. The reason I didn't buy, is that they keep hitting new 52-week lows (Friday they also hit a 52-week low at a 1/2), for whatever reason. I am going to wait until they stop hitting new lows, and start a little bit of an upswing. Rob.
