Hi Apache,

I too was surprised. But apparently the rules at the BB are different. You should be happy. And I'm sorry but the fact that existing shareholders were willing to dig deep is much more bullish in my mind. A stock at this level would get hammered by Preferred Convertibles if it were to seek funding by financiers. Are you familiar with the concept. This is the best possible situation that could take place at this time. If you are long here we are about to come up for air so get ready. Oh and Apache forget your discount please, this is much better than bankruptcy. And the last thing we need is negative emotions at this point. I think everyone here should call P Freiman and thank him for the future success of NTII. This company still has great potential, don't abandon ship as it is about to rise. This is a great buying opportunity in my mind. Do you want to sacrifice this chance for short term gains. In a few months this company will make it's anouncments, be patient, tell a few friends, but by all means don't be overcome by emotions and poison the turnaround of this organization. P. Freiman is working hard to turn this organization around and inflammatory reactions is not a polite way of saying thanks. Remember he has been on board for less than a year, so this is a very significant development.

BEST WISHES
LONE WOLF
