Nick here is an analysis that Stewart Whitman did which I think will answer some of your questions: Message 3566311 I think OFIS will be holding a special stockholders meeting soon, hopefully at the meeting the spinoff ratios will be given as long with a date for the transaction. What do you think about the OFIS spinoff? Terry
