I don't know how you got that impression, but you got it wrong. This is the refugee camp. This is where you come to recover from your wounds (assuming they aren't fatal).

And, yes, occasionally strong insults get exchanged here. If they bother you, well, if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.
