ALL I just spoke with Keith. The delay was caused by a couple of issues: 1) both companies' books were audited, and 2) a couple of SEC filings needed to be prepared. Just wanted to reiterate the point: the lawyers have the final agreement on their hands. The impression that I got from this conversation is that the attorneys are taking their time, FedExing back and forth. I understand it's not easy for Keith (or Jack) to give any specific dates (they are risking their credibility), as it's out of their hands righ now. I asked if we should expect any further delays, Keith said the principals are no longer involved in it, it's up to the attorneys. He also said 7 days sounds reasonable. Best regards, Milk
