Jack: I have been attempting to stay somewhat optimistic regarding the Altris sale scenario, but I'm really wondering if such a event is at all possible. We all suspect that EB needs alot more work, and no meaningful sales have been made. There is some debate about which employees,e.g., developers, remain on board. Why would a company pay 40-50million for their client list if sales fall, and the clients need to go elsewhere. Did I just answer my own question Jack, i.e., the clients would stay if they were assured of another company with a stronger balance sheet and resources was there to pick up the slack? And, how in heavens name would such a client list possibly be valued at such levels? Would like to believe it is possible, but...
