Volume was tremendous today so I think something is going on. The company said that Investo'rs Daily printed TMSS's quarterly earnings press release last Friday but I'm hard pressed to believe that this pushed the stock. There must be some catalyst for 418,700 shares to trade today. It wouldn't surprise me if this company is acquired by a major technology company. TMS has valuable relationships with Fortune 500 companies. These relationships can be leveraged by another company trying to sell its own products.
