Hey Jake Thanks. 1. Are we still looking positive about the financing? I heard financing is coming end of April. Is this still happening according to company timeline. 2. I heard there is suppose to be a name change from Venture Tech to E-Casinos. Is that true? 3. Is Venture Tech still planning on being live first half of 1998 like it has said all along? 4. How many employees is it going to take to get operation going? What type of building or facility will this business be run out of? When is the hiring taking place? 5. When financing is set and hardware is purchased does Art want to move the stock to level of NASDAQ? 6. Is it still reasonable to see a 2,000,000 profit for 1998. Thanks. Good Luck.
