Guess a lot depends on market value of shares after merger announcement. Maybe they'll announce upcoming deals as well. They'll have to watch the rev split ratio, because too few shares outstanding and they'll have no shares to buy other companies. If they've got 110mil shs, 1/10 leaves them just 11mil.
