Thank you for your question. Yes, in short, there is every possibility that a merger between Ventures and a producer may happen. In fact, to date the Company has already conducted meetings to explore this very possibility.

Management at Ventures has always been open minded and willing to do what is necessary to build upon shareholder value ...especially during such trying times like these in the junior resource market.
