Jim, there are several web sites with info you can search
for. Here is one I looked at:

smallcapinvestor.com

I'm not sure how official it is but it should be close enough
for now. I take it that they are going for a small cap "initial"
listing which it says needs a share price of $4. It doesn't
say if this is minimum or average and for how long. Maybe
someone else out there may know more about this. I would
hope this doesn't start the time period all over again.
At least today's trading was a relief.
