Yes, I personally think Intel deserves better than a 20 P/E. Seeing that KO and MSFT (ok unrelated business types) are getting 50-60 PE's.

With the market so darn high investors are willing to pay more of a premium for well known/performing stocks. Like we have all said many times before the stock market really has little to due with true valuations. It's the perception of what the companies stock is worth ie Market Value -vs- Book Value of a stock. There's also the issue of the market makers manipulating stocks to fit their needs. P/E is just one tool used to value a stock but there are many other things to consider as you know.

I know all too well about risk/reward. That's why I consider myself a long term investor not a trader.
