Judge charged in sex case Wednesday March 25 11:32 AM EST KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (Reuters) - A judge has been charged with using criminal force to commit sexual acts with another person, legal sources said on Wednesday. Rungit Singh Jaswant Singh, a 42-year-old Sessions Court judge with more than 10 years on the bench, was charged on Tuesday in the same court where he used to preside. He is charged on three counts of using criminal force to outrage the modesty of the person. The identity of the alleged victim has been withheld by prosecutors. "The court wants to try and spare the victim as much public embarrassment as possible," an official at a government prosecutor's office said. Rungit was charged with performing oral sex and also using criminal force at a house in the northern island of Penang where he resides, and also while traveling in a car around the island. Rungit has said he is innocent, a lawyer said.
