Expect financing news from CVUS tomorrow. Key will be the names, dollars, time frame and dilution involved. What I'd like to see: JP Morgan (or equivalent weight) tosses in at least $20 mill in exchange for a convertible debenture with a solid floor of $8 or better that can be exercised over the next 3 years. Announcement of strategic efforts of internet service rollout with simultaneous exploration of merger/buyout by WNP or other LMDS operator that can pull this off.
