It is not in the news yet, but reported by the Motley Fool that ORCL had given a warning of fourth quarter growth. I wonder if it is ok for the company to warn only analysts, not rest of investors. If the report were true, I would be really amazed by how ORCL discriminates investors. I actually doubt that the meeting took place on last Thursday.
