Ron,

I agree with your assessment. When first reading the headline, all
I could think was, God here we go again. Of course I read the
release and see some real positives. I'm more excited about this
one than the last. The big deal in the statement IMO is MANOVA.
At this point, they loom as the key to bring this company back
from the brink. As you stated Ron, there have been a couple of
meetings between the two. If I remember right, Manova has seen
the processor in operation and knows it works. Any product/test
specs. could be faxed to Turkey. So why come all the way back
over here. Hmmmmmmmmmm? I guess I'd want to take another look
at something I was about to sink a bunch money into.

This brings up the question, why shutdown the processor? Wouldn't
you want it up and running for Manova? Yea you sure would but
why run it at a monetary loss and take any chance of a freak
breakdown. That's the last thing GRNO needs to have happen before
a very important client shows up.

If Manova signs on the dotted line and gives B.C. some needed
capital, I think it would be a smart move to take the Company
to Tx. What South Carolina has done or should I say NOT DONE
in permitting GRNO to run at full bore is a travesty. You just
get the feeling that SC is more interested in stealing GA's
claim to fame as the peach capital of the world than getting
involved with any industrial type company. Even one that has
a viable solution to an ecological problem facing the country
and/or world.

Just my toooo much cents worth and my opinion only.

Marty
