With your twisted logic, anything mankind is capable of must be right and okay with God, since (if) God created man.

This was, after all, the Manichaean point of view. And it's attractive, in its way. Eventually declared a heresy. But in a sense it persists in Calvinist Protestantism: if you're richer than the folks on the other side of the tracks, well, fine, no problem, taht's what God wanted. No need to feel you have a privileged life; it was Ordained. Contemptible.
