Riley, We know the acquisition is accretive immediately, but do we know if there would be additional shares issued to pay for this? The press release says "cash and stock" so I can only assume that there would be some share dilution. This stock started moving up a couple of sessions ago, guess somebody found out about it and bought ahead of today's announcement, huh? Good Luck, Julio.
