to all: toledano Is the only insider who has sold. he had 125,000 shs and has sold @40,000 shs. i would have taken some money off the table as well if i had been involved with the company as long as he has. (more than 10 years b/c he was one of th original inventors. NO BIG DEAL. as for the other inside filers please see previous posts.

udi teladano currently has no stake in daily management of hmsc.

some things to think about:

1. look at the largest shareholders in this company
a. travellers-smithbarney
b. scantek medical
c. brounstein, hmsc ceo
d. oppenheimer management
e. bear sterns
the board of directors also has jack riftkin on it (a top executive of travellers-smithbarney)

these people obviously did their own due diligence before putting money into this company. they certanly have not filed to sell.

additionally, pssi is the largest medical distrubuter to doctors offices in the country. they certanly would not sell a product like this if they did not believe it.

ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE HEARD THAT THE COMPANY IS TAKING STEPS TO SET UP A SECOND PRODUCTION LINE MACHINE BY JAN OF 1999. ? TO THE SHORT SELLERS: WHY WOULD YOU OUTLAY SIGNIFICANT CAPITAL TO ESTABLISH A SECOND PRODUCTION LINE IF THE PRODUCT ISN'T SELLING?.
ANSWER: YOU WOULDN'T !!!

due your own due diligence and you will find a homerun. please dont let the gorilla tactics of a few short sellers scare you away from this stock.
