FYI to all still following BXS. I spoke with Jim today and he has indicated that there have been some positive developments with regards to the viability of the O&G play that he is looking at. It is in Khazakstan, like the gold project (same vendor) and he has apparently gotten the go ahead from the government to get moving on it, provided there is an additional investment in the property. There is still going to be some delay however (a few weeks I am told) because the vendor is in the process of getting the agreement finalized (in writing) prior to commencing additional work and/or the vending into Bomax. That's the scoop at the moment. Salut, Leigh McBain
