To all gentle men and women: I would like to see more participation in this survey/index effort. When I posted around on several threads, I was chastised for such wanton promotion. Any suggestions? Anyone else want to stick their neck out in this effort? It sure would be nice to have a larger sample. I will say we've been pretty good predictors so far. Best to all, peter
