FCC proposal is definitely a good news to DGIV as an international Internet Phone service provider. 2 cents per minutes is insignificant to DGIV, it only affect IDTC and QWST,etc.. IDTC needs to change their price to 0.7 cents per minute instead of 0.5 cents per minutes. It does not make any difference to DGIV if the rate increase to 14 cents from 12 cents per minutes. So, DGIV is "FCC regulation proof". Hmmm, DGIV should rise this week, Stay tune!!!!!
