EK, One of the reasons that a company buys from various sources is to 'compare' the companies product and service, ease of installation and upgrading. If you were running a company, wouldn't you investigate the various suppliers on an ongoing basis, or just stick with the first supplier that you got, regardless of what happened in the future? I would worry about that company taking advantage of that relationship somewhere in the future! Regards, ken
