Baz: I hope you don't mind but in response to your priv message about whether I was selling calls or NE, I thought this was worth posting to the thread. Hope you don't mind. Not selling calls or the stock. I have to check some more on that "news" That was a street.com article, right. My bet is that news was already in the mkt today. I have serious doubts about whether a reporter has beaten everyone else to a story on the drillers. Remember the GLM dayrate scare last summer (the traders knew about it that afternoon) I don't think it'll rock the drillers. Remember, weak pricing power in the shallow water gulf was EXPECTED!!! Hence we sold off from the highs. ESV is a shallow jackup player. I've been talking about this forever. I think such events are priced in. -Lucretius
