Wayne, I am asking you why the CSJ ruling would be affected? Because that is what is of concern. After the ruling, KRY will be dealing with the MEM on developmental issues for LC 4&6. The same MEM that just granted KRY veta rights in Km 88. Maybe Ynaty will take the veta rights away, too. Yeah, then strip KRY of their concession and not allow KRY to do any business in Venezuela.
