Hugh, the convertible HAS been called, I think its Apr24th(dont quote me)and I would expect 99% will be converted into stock, since its convertible at $8 a share for the AC.A I am a holder and will probably convert, however might sell it. Im a procrastinator and waiting to the last minute.. Scott

PS: I do have some outstanding shorts that I will be covering, I suspect there is a money making possibility here since the AC and AC.A vary by approx $1.00, if you look at CA and CA.A they are virtually the same, there has been a lot of selling pressure on the AC.A because of people hedging the debenture, this of course will end by the end of this month and I expect that this spread will decrease.
