If I can crash this party, I'll put in my two centavos. This news about the Preferred Stock buy-back and warrant redemption is about the best thing that could happen to the company. Here's a sampling of the good stuff:

1) no more conversions = no more overhang
2) no more overhang = no more MM manipulation (or less of it)
3) a clean balance sheet
4) no more grey-market private placement favors to pay off

Today I talked to a broker in New Jersey who claims to control 3 million shares of the float. I asked, where is the money going to come from. I mean, this is a great idea, but where is the company going to get $800K? I was told....

The company has made a deal and is going to be swimming in money shortly. That's the second announcement people are talking about. It couldn't be made until the overhang was disposed of.

Is this good for the company? You bet!
