Thanks Terrence, Japan is a fascinating story as it unfolds. There are lessons there for this country that I expect are going unheeded. I agree we're near a top in the U.S. The question is intermediate, or long term? It feels intermediate to me, unless it's delayed. But at these heights it's too dangerous to be long and wrong.
