Pancho I never took it that there was anything legally wrong with their accounting practices. This is not a sham company like others that have been mentioned on various threads on SI. This to me is the classic buyer-beware situation where a lot of us folks, short or long could have been burned without your analysis. Again my thanks, when it breaks I hope to enjoy the ride with many fellow travelers from this thread. best regards bt
