There are several web sites with info you can search for. Here is one I looked at: smallcapinvestor.com I'm not sure how official it is but it should be close enough for now. I take it that if they are going for a small cap "initial" listing, which it says, needs a share price of $4. It doesn't say if this is minimum or average and for how long. Maybe someone else out there knows more about this. R, Z
