One hopes he has a plan. At least I voted with my dollars that he does. The Autobahn system is coming and offers better than current bandwidth and portability. Both good goals. The question is how long will it take to deploy, and will be work well when executed. Nextel fell on its face in the initial tests in Los Angeles a few years ago and is just now recovering from that. Let's hope this rolls out well. One thing in their favor in this regard is having deployed the prior technology they have experience. I am finding the Yahoo message board better than this one. More tech discussion, more basic research in finding and posting articles, etc. Is it because the people here have lost interest? Or no one invests in Metricom? Dennis P.S. I'll be watching "Power Lunch" tomorrow and post if I hear anything interesting.
