TJS: You are asbolutely correct with rgard to Joe. The man is a very hard working individual. He is my best friend and perhaps the best man I have ever seen in the industry (the one in which I have established my career). I agree 100% with you when you say he is a very nice fella and extremely knowledgable about investing and life in general. He is mentor to many many many people. I am truly disappointed to read the hostile comments that are made toward him by some naive individuals on this board. Joe Lanza is a great man. He knows exactly what he is doing, and exactly what he wants. He is one of the best in the industry. An extremely bright individual. You should have seen him today in our staff meeting. We were discussing one of Xecom's business plans (in fact the same business plan Dal had claimed earlier to you that he had not seen it). Joe had written that business plan and he articulated so well the CEO and other top management members were extremely impressed by his brilliance and business genius of the man. Joe Lanza is truly a very unique brilliant honest individual with high moral standards, integrity and dignity that a very very few men possess. He indeed is truly a champion of small investors for which his mission in life (as once he told me) is to help all "little guys" out there who want to make some money for their college kid's tuition. He is indeed a chmpion of all small investors. A very bright individual with extremely high moral standards, dignity and integirty. Joe Lanza, I salute you for which I have come to learn everything I know from you and I know if I can come to possess and to learn even 1% of your high moral standards, dignity, integirty, brilliance in invesing and how highly you think of small little guys ahead of yourself, I can be a much much much better man than I am right now (both financially and career wise). Indeed, Joe, I do salute you. GO XECM. SF
