The more modern and tolerant Christians who have taken the essence of Christ's loving and accepting spirit and evolved as time has passed and more is known about the universe are the ones who, to me, are living in His image. But that is simply my belief system, just as it is simply your belief system which interprets the Bible in a different way.
If you are saying that you think that there are "Christians" who think that Christ "accepted" sin, then you are sadly very ignorant of Christianity and what the Bible says Christ said. Christ did indeed love all sinners, and in fact that was who he came to earth for. And if you really believe there is no one truth, then you have studiously ignored the vast majority of the Bible, and can hardly know what a Christian believes. What can I say? You seem totally ignorant of Christianity, and studiously ignore any and all verses put in front of you. When Christ says "I am the way, the truth, and the life", and "No man cometh to the Father except through me", that's quite plain, and I don't know of any Christian who could possibly think differently and still attempt to be called a Christian. If you don't believe that all humans sin much every day in thought, word, and deed, then for you the Bible must seem to be a very strange and foreign book, with little if any meaning for you.
