Matt:

I have no idea about the reason for the VSAT drop. I could have missed a downgrade. Perhaps the "Street" expected VSAT to be part of the Cyberstar announcement? I don't think anyone would be selling VSAT to buy Gilat--different beasts here. In my experience, any pressure on VSAT stock, whether up or down, makes for a big move. Fidelity has contributed to the moves before, and they may be at it again--who knows. It is a very small company, with very few shares out, with a history of large moves. I don't know what the news is, if there even is any, but VSAT just went on sale.
