Hey Pugs, Just to let you know, the 10K was not RMII, because the info came under RMIL's ticker symbol and was posted on 4/03/98 (it was listed as the most recent action by RMIL, so it is not last years filing). It probably hasn't shown up on free edgar because there is a time lag, I would assume that RMIL does not make electronic filings to the SEC. In addition, I checked the info several times because I was so surprised to see that thay had actually filed. Regards, Steve Johnson
