Jim,

Get a cup of coffee at StarBucks and relax. The news is good
as it reduces the number of shares convertible from warrants.
It also does away with interest payment that comes right from'
the bottom line come next Q earnings. The Sept. redemption
is a bit iffy, but the number of shares is minimal at 175k., reduced
from over 1 million.

Frankly I like it.
