that has been halted and under investigation by the SEC. Maybe the secretary has been told to say nothing, also obvious, after all she is only the secretary?
Regarding Charles, Maria and other large shareholder ownership. These figures are within reason for me. Owning a few million shares of a company is normal, the percentage is very low right now. The question is, where are all the shares? I'm GUESSING that Huttoe was selling Reg. S, I hope I'm wrong. I just don't see the shares around??? If they are Reg. S, it really doesn't matter, the price damage has been done.
1. Hutteo and Maria will walk free, but be banned from the financial community.
2. Those that can sell their shares that they received for <$.50 will probably continue to do so.
3. Those that are scared that SEXI will not trade higher or that they might not be able to complete a sell order in the future to lock in capital losses will be tempted to do so as well.
4. A majority of investors have some hope for the company and product. They want to hear more before making any decision.
5. The company currently has a market cap. of approx. $33,000,000 based on 66,000,000 shares and $.50 price, not very large and somewhat comforting.
6. The million dollar question still remains, why Sprint, Allied at Olympics?, John Hopkins and NY school system?
7. I've heard a rumor of Bankruptcy? Not one decent reply or comment yet?
8. I still have alot of hope....
