Don disregard prior post. Glad to see you on RCNC thread, your comments on LVLT were great. XCOM is a CLEC with approx. 10,000 customers and a market value of $165 million. RCNC is a facilities based local/long distance voice, data, internet, and cable provider whose customer base is doubling every quarter and whose market cap is $1.4 billion.. It also has a much bigger business plan. It appears to me that LVLT was really buying XCOM's technology. Specifically the ability to bridge between a public switched telephone network and an IP network. This is probably viewed by LVLT as a stop gap measure necessary until RCNC/LVLT have fiber strung door to door. Comments? Best to all, Larry
