THIS IS THE BOTTOM....BUT

........... that being said i am going to hope for 14K. don't jump in and buy too much--just test the waters with a small purchase over the next new months when it is really beaten up.

.........we are still early but:
1. head of MOF is pushing stimulation of economy and tax cuts
2. the big bang has happend and some of those trillions will be going into stocks over the next few months/years
3. MOF will keep rates low
4. there will be more deregulation
5. they may cut off hashimoto's head
6. there will be continuing tax cuts...maybe permament

what to buy?

only the bluest of the blue chips.

how much?

just a tad at this early stage. don't buy much or any till we see proof that the cuts/deregulation will occur. we do not want to be too early.

as for me. i may start to buy a bit of the blues in the next 1-2 months, establishing a position over the next year--only on big sell offs.

patience my friend--patience--don;t rush out to buy, but we are close.

allocation: 50-70% us 20-40% europe 5-20% asia, latin america
