Unfortunately, I did not start develop these opinions till about 6 months ago...You keep painting these broad vistas on why Java is great, but you keep leaving out details, like what the hell is a "super-terminal"?

I wish to hell you would stop calling X Window X-Windows but that's not the real problem I'm having here. The real problem is that you seem to be expecting a complete dissertation on the subject while demonstrating that you either don't get, or haven't tried to get the underlying principles of the technology. I don't have a problem spoon feeding but you keep spitting it up all over me.

You want to know what a super-terminal is which tells me comprehension isn't the better part of your reading experience. I said: I think you'll find that terminals are a proper subset of Java-based devices; in other words, super-terminals... I guess I went out on a limb and assumed you knew what a proper subset was, at least in a casual sense. By extension, if terminals are just a subset of a Java-based devices then we can view the Java-based device as a super-terminal wherein there is no advantage in using the lesser device, period. If I lost you there feeding time is over.
