Hi Tahoe... I would tend to agree with you. I think this is still relatively safe territory for a double. I just watched the Donner CD Rom presentation - it wasn't too bad. Anyway they do mention the LTU/NDT/DML property as a KEY property and we should look forward to some fireworks in the next couple of months! See ya on the Bid!
