Gems carries its current mobile business as a hard asset. Just like if you had a piece of property appraised at 100mil, you would show that on your balance sheet. Now, if in reality, that property was only worth 50mil, when would you have to disclose it? Next qtr? qtr after that?
If Gem's auditors play hardball with them, it might have to be in a couple of weeks!
