I spoke with Joe in IR this am re: Sears. Unfortunately, he could not be specific because he said it is a Nuance press release, and it is up to Nuance to release further details. he did say that the Asia deal announced yedterday is not a Nuance-based product but rather a software alliance with another company (I took this as a positive). I asked him about the relationship with UPS (we use the system here) and he said that it was very stong. He said that the LVR technology is realizing some tremendos interest and that PERI is doing there best to increase shareholderv wealth by being more informative to the public.
